Traffic slowed after multi-car accident in Jefferson Township

Traffic is currently reduced to one lane in part of Jefferson Township due to a multi-car accident at the intersection of Freeport Road and Great Belt Road.
The accident was first reported at 5:16 p.m. One individual reportedly sustained a wrist injury.
Reports have also indicated that “multiple” vehicles are involved, and “at least” three tow trucks have been called to the scene.
The Saxonburg Volunteer Fire Company, along with their ambulance department, has been called to the scene.
