Millard “Jake” and Phyllis Bishop

Millard “Jake” and Phyllis Bishop, of Cranberry Township, celebrated 65 years of marriage with a family dinner on Sept. 26.

Bishop married the former Phyllis Boyce on Sept. 26, 1959, in St. Clairsville, Ohio.

They have one son, Brent Bishop, of Fombell, Pa. Another son, Mark Bishop, is deceased.

The Bishops also have three grandchildren.

Bishop is retired from US Airways. He is a member of Cranberry Township Elks Lodge 2249.

Mrs. Bishop is retired from MSA in Cranberry Township.

She also belongs to Cranberry Township Elks.

The Bishops in 1959
