As I understand it, there are discussions about a Trump campaign rally happening again in Butler. The suggestion that he and his treasonous team and the chaos they invite into their orbit might be welcomed back to our community makes me livid. No way!

His presence poses a threat to our collective peace of mind and his actions put great strain on the personnel in the public service.

The investigation into the first incident is still not done. This is unacceptable.

It has also recently come to light that a contract was not in place and as a result, the public does not know at what cost we hosted this man. Butler County’s public resources, including police officers, were used to facilitate Trump’s platform? You must be kidding.

We are not prepared for the violence he incites. We are not legally prepared to fight for our due compensation for the strain he puts on our town, because we don’t even have a contract in place! In what universe is this acceptable?
