Nancy K. (Miller) Stepanovich, 83, of Butler, passed away Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024, at Concordia Lutheran Ministries at Cabot.

Nancy was born on June 25, 1941, in Butler, to the late Howard E. Miller and Irene C. (Walsh) Miller.

Nancy graduated from Butler High School in 1959 and worked as an operator at Bell Telephone Company. She enjoyed exercising and working out, especially at Curves. Her hobbies included crocheting, quilting and reading. Above all, she loved spending time with family.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Walter J. Stepanovich, whom she married on April 12, 1975. Also surviving is one son, Kenny Phelps; one daughter, Michele Crider; five grandchildren; one brother, Gary Miller; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister-in-law, Doris Miller.

STEPANOVICH — Family and friends of Nancy K. (Miller) Stepanovich, who died Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024, will be received from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 124 E. North St., Butler.

Per family wishes, a private burial will be held at Summit United Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at donate.cancer.org.
