Savannah Bananas’ 2025 schedule includes another stop at Pittsburgh’s PNC Park. Here’s when

Butler graduate Alex Ziegler, who plays for the Savannah Bananas, throws out a first pitch before a Pittsburgh Pirates game. The Bananas are returning to PNC Park in August 2025.

If the Pittsburgh Pirates aren’t playing meaningful baseball next season by August, there will at least be a chance to watch some entertaining baseball in the city.

The Savannah Bananas announced their 2025 schedule, and Pittsburgh’s PNC Park will once again be a stop on the tour.

The Bananas will play the Texas Tailgaters for two days, Aug. 29-30.

It’s the first time the Bananas, a barnstorming team that brings dancing, hijinx, tricks and more to major and minor league fields around the country, will be in the Steel City.

Butler High School grad Alex Ziegler is a member of the Bananas and threw out a first pitch before a Pirates vs. Cincinnati Reds game.
