College sports roundup: Knoch grad, PSU-Altoona’s Caden Traggiai named conference swimmer of the week
Knoch grad Caden Traggiai was named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference men’s swimmer of the week Monday.
Traggiai swims for Penn State-Altoona. The junior won the 500-yard freestyle in 5 minutes, 0.64 seconds and the 1,000 free in 10:30.64 during a season-opening meet against Washington & Jefferson College. He also helped the 200 free relay team win its race in 1:31.41.
