Mary Ann DePolo, 84, of Concordia of Cabot, formerly of Boyers, passed away the evening of Sunday, Oct. 13, 2024.

Born on Dec. 2, 1939, in Boyers, Mary Ann was the daughter of the late Patsy A. and Mary Anna (Colosimo) DePolo.

Mary Ann was a hairdresser in Pittsburgh for many years, owning her own shop, “House of Mary Ann.” She was a member of St. Faustina Parish and was a volunteer for the Friends of the Library.

Mary Ann is survived by her longtime friend and caregiver, Marilyn Horan and her husband, Joseph Caparosa, and their family; sister-in-law, Elaine DePolo; several nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Francis J., Thomas and Patrick; and her sister-in-law, Caroline DePolo.

DEPOLO — A memorial Mass of celebration for Mary Ann DePolo, who died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2024, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, in the chapel of Concordia of Cabot, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, Entrance 4 Lund Building.

Burial will be held privately in Epiphany Catholic Cemetery, Boyers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the North Trails Public Library, 1553 West Sunbury Road, West Sunbury, PA 16061.
