Mars Area Public Library will welcome Kirstin Elser, of Insurance Navigator, who will break down the complexities of Medicare insurance plan options.

Elser, an independent insurance broker, will give her presentation at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, at the library, which is at 107 Grand Ave.
