Fox’s Pizza to reopen under new ownership
The closure was short-lived and Butler pizza lovers can rejoice as the new owners of Fox’s Pizza, 505 Hansen Ave., announced they plan to reopen on Nov. 1.
Cameron Kwiatkowski and a business partner purchased the pizza place about two weeks ago, which closed its doors on Sept. 21.
“We caught (word) that the old owners were shutting down, and we got in touch with corporate and made it happen,” Kwiatkowski said. “We were planning on going into real estate; however, when the pizza shop came about, we couldn't pass up another opportunity to do another one.”
The duo are two childhood friends turned entrepreneurs from Greensburg and have previous ownership stints of other small town pizza shops.
Right now the two are currently getting the shop cleaned and have ordered new equipment and product for the store.
They do plan to bring their own twist to the business with a drive-through window that should be installed shortly after opening.
“You will still call and place your order, but when you pick it up you won’t have to come in,” Kwiatkowski said. “It won’t be a full service drive-through; it will just be pick up only.”
The store’s hours once open will be 10:45 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
The owners are open to rehiring previous employees from the old owners, but they are also taking new applicants online at Job Opportunities - Fox's Pizza (foxspizza.com).
