Police Reports
The following items were collected from various police departments:
David T. Ifedigbo, 21, of Crescent, was charged with misdemeanor counts of giving alcohol to minors related to a Sept. 14 investigation. Police said they followed Ifedigbo from a liquor store and witnessed him make the delivery.
Sept. 27 — Lisa M. Toth, 49, of Hilliards, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession related to a Sept. 2 traffic stop on Kittanning Pike in Parker Township. Police said during the stop, Toth handed over a stamp bag of heroin.
Sept. 27 — Daniel A. Hartzell, 37, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI, drug and paraphernalia possession related to a Sept. 7 traffic stop on Route 8 in Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed Hartzell was impaired, and police found suspected crack cocaine, meth and a smoking pipe in the vehicle. Police said Hartzell later refused to have his blood tested.
Sept. 27 — Renee L. Gilliland, 50, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count of providing a false statement related to a Nov. 25, 2022, attempted gun purchase at Dunham’s Sporting Goods. Police said Gilliland failed to note her criminal history.
Sept. 27 — Robert L. Vasko, 56, of North Huntingdon, was charged with misdemeanor trespass related to a Sept. 20 incident on Thoma Lane in Oakland Township. Police said during a dispute with the homeowner, Vasko was asked to leave and refused.
Sept. 27 — Anthoney M. Filler, 29, of Kittanning, was charged with felony and misdemeanor counts of making false statements during a gun sale related to an attempted purchase April 20, 2023, from Fenelton Firearms in Fenelton. Police said Filler failed to note his criminal history.
Sept. 25 — Micah D. Sproat, 43, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI, drug and paraphernalia possession related to an Aug. 28 traffic stop on West Jefferson Street in Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed Sproat was impaired, and a later blood test showed cocaine, meth, fentanyl and morphine in his system. Police said during the arrest, they spotted a container of suspected heroin.
Sept. 24 — Ashley M. Gutshall, 39, and Jordan X. Hilliard, 39, both of Butler, were charged with felony drug sales and misdemeanor counts of possessing drugs and paraphernalia related to a May 8 search warrant on Gutshall’s Fulton Street home. Police said they found fentanyl test strips, scales and other paraphernalia, as well as a baggie of pills and crack cocaine. Police said they identified the couple after setting up a controlled buy on an earlier date. Police noted Hilliard arranged the deal with a cellphone. Hilliard is additionally charged with felony criminal use of a cellphone.
Sept. 26 — Stefanie L. Cunningham, 46, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI and drug possession related to an April 13 traffic stop on Route 422 in Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed marijuana, cocaine, morphine and fentanyl in her system.
