Police called to reported shooting in Butler
Police were called to the 200 block of American Avenue on Tuesday evening, Nov. 5, for a report of a man shot in the chest.
Multiple police officers and other emergency personnel were on scene shortly after 9:45 p.m. Tuesday.
At approximately 10 p.m., paramedics loaded a person into an ambulance before leaving the scene. Butler police blocked off part of American Avenue and said it was an active crime scene.
No information was available Tuesday night about possible injuries or a suspect.
