The following items were collected from various police departments:

Oct. 21 — Vasile A. Ionita, 21, of Romania, was charged with felony counts of conspiracy and misdemeanor corruption of minors related to an investigation into cosmetic items stolen from multiple CVS stores. Police said Vasile acted as the driver for two women accused of stealing cosmetic products at CVS stores in Mars and Wexford.

Oct. 21 — Roxanne L. Slusher, 56, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor counts of possessing drugs, possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing marijuana related to an Oct. 5 well-being check near Dollar Tree. Police said they found Slusher near her vehicle. Police said during a search of the vehicle, they found meth, powder-coated $1 bills and a THC vape pen.

Oct. 21 — Rishi D. Anand, 43, of Warrandale, Pa., was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence related to a Sept. 14 traffic stop on Route 228 near Seven Fields Boulevard. Police said field sobriety tests showed Anand was impaired. Police said Anand later refused to have his breath tested.

5:28 p.m. Oct. 17 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on New Castle Road. Police said they cited Cody Daniels, 20, of Butler, with following too closely after he crashed his vehicle into the rear of another vehicle driven by Megan Miller, 44, of Butler. Police said no one was injured, but Daniels’ vehicle had also hit a utility pole during the crash.

Oct. 16 — Georgia A. Hartle, 55, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor child endangerment. Police said Hartle failed to properly care for a 12-year-old disabled child, who repeatedly caused disturbances in other neighborhoods and had even entered a garage and a home without permission in separate incidents.

Oct. 15 — Devin S. Palmer, 28, of Butler Township, was charged with felony counts of theft and possessing stolen property and misdemeanor counts theft and possessing stolen property related to an Oct. 12 report of stolen guns. Police said Palmer stole seven handguns, a variety of gun accessories and ammunition from his mother’s boyfriend.

Oct. 21 — Percy E. Reed II, 50, of Hermitage, Pa., was charged with misdemeanor possessing stolen property related to an Oct. 24 investigation into a stolen vehicle reported by the Hermitage Police Department. Police said they found the vehicle at Lowe’s in Cranberry Township, and Reed was standing near it.

Oct. 18 — Daniel W. Spilsbury, 46, of Rochester, Pa., was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a Sept. 29 two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 19 and Glen Eden Road. Police said both vehicles pulled into a nearby parking lot after the crash. Police said field sobriety tests showed Spilsbury was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.244%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.

Oct. 16 — Bobby Harkleroad, 57, of Dayton, Pa., was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a July 31 single-vehicle crash on Sandy Hill Road. Police said Harkleroad had crashed his vehicle into a tree. Police said a breath test showed no alcohol in Harkleroad’s system, but field sobriety tests showed he was impaired. Police said EMS arrived on scene and had to administer Narcan shortly after Harkleroad entered the ambulance. Police said a later blood test showed meth and fentanyl in his system.

Oct. 16 — Robert J. Koglin, 39, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to an Aug. 30 motorcycle crash on Kyle Road. Police said they found the motorcycle still running in the front yard where it crashed but without a rider. Police said they later found Koglin walking toward his home. Police said field sobriety tests showed Koglin was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.169%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.
