Point Park University wins America250PA innovation challenge
Point Park University, located in downtown Pittsburgh, has won America250PA’s sixth annual Direct Effect Innovation Challenge, which challenges college and university students to create integrated marketing campaigns.
Point Park competed against four other Pennsylvania schools: Rosemont College, Westmoreland County Community College, Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, and Penn State Altoona.
The theme of this year’s competition was “Powering the Future,” which challenged students to create marketing campaigns to promote the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission’s adoption of solar energy.
