Fleeing motorcyclist arrested after crashing in Butler Township
A motorcyclist is being held in jail after fleeing Butler Township police on Monday, Nov. 18, police said in a Tuesday news release.
Police said charges are pending for Bradley Harriet, 51, of Butler, who had been taken into custody Monday after allegedly driving his motorcycle through yards and wooded areas near Highfield Road.
Police said they initially tried to stop the motorcycle on South Duffy Road, but Harriet immediately fled. According to police, Harriet crashed his motorcycle, and was taken to a Pittsburgh-area hospital for treatment.
Harriet had arrest warrants out in Butler County. Police said charges related to this incident are pending the completion of the investigation.
