Deep Well Services acquired by Enersol
Enersol, an oil field service company based in United Arab Emirates, will acquire 95% stake in a Butler County business for $223 million.
Enersol announced it has signed an agreement with Deep Well Services, an energy equipment and solutions company in Jackson Township.
Founded in 2008, Deep Well Services has about 600 employees and is privately held by its founder, Mark Marmo.
Deep Well Services will play a role in contributing to the development of the United Arab Emirates’ conventional and unconventional energy resources, according to a statement by Enersol.
Enersol is owned by ADNOC Drilling Co. PJSC and Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC.
Deep Well Services plans to work with ADNOC Drilling’s $1.7 billion contract to build 144 unconventional wells, according to the statement.
