U.S. is duty-bound to defend Ukraine
I find it interesting that the details contained in the Budapest Memorandum, signed in 1994, in which both the United States and the United Kingdom agree to defend Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan against Russian aggression in exchange for those countries transferring their nuclear weapons to Russia has not been a part of the discussion on providing additional/continued funding and weaponry to Ukraine.
If a decision is made to, in fact, abandon the commitment to defend Ukraine it will further embolden Russia and its new allies of North Korea and China to continue their efforts to establish a New World Order.
