Police responded early Sunday morning, Dec. 1, to a house in Connoquenessing, where they ended up citing a man with harassment.

State police said they learned through an investigation that Jason Smith, 50, of Evans City, repeatedly yelled at a female and refused to leave her alone. Troopers had already been at the Main Street residence earlier and told Smith to leave the victim alone. They responded to the house for a report of a domestic dispute, according to a news release.
