Cousins

Theodore W. Cousins, 77, of Butler, passed away Thursday, Nov. 28, 2024, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born July 27, 1947, in New Kensington, son of the late Theodore Wilson Cousins Sr. and the late Violet (Cummings) Cousins.

Ted was a graduate of Freeport High School and Lenape Technical School as a mechanic. He was a wireman/electrician for Allegheny Ludlum. He was a member and director of Summit Township Sportsman’s Club and it was one of many places he taught hunter safety courses for over 40 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving are his wife, Donna Jean (Spencer) Cousins of Butler; two daughters, Angela (Eric) Dumbaugh of Butler and Christine (Robert) Gregg of Sarver; grandchildren, Abigail (Austin Fleeger) Dumbaugh, Sienna and Zander Gregg; a sister; and two brothers.

COUSINS — Friends of Theodore W. Cousins, who died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2024, will be received from noon until the time of service at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, at YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.

Interment will be in the Gruenwald Cemetery.
