The annual Christmas Home Tour organized by the Zelienople Historical Society sold out fast this year, and organizers are prepared for a big crowd on Saturday, Dec. 14.

Cathy Powell, with the historical society, said the event offers access to 11 homes, three businesses and the Weaver Cabin, all in Zelienople and Harmony, which ticket-buyers can visit Saturday at their leisure. The historical society finds different buildings for the tour each year, so even people who participated in previous years have something new to see.

With this year’s event sold out, Powell said people will likely have to call early if they want tickets for next year.

“We generally start selling tickets the end of October; we got calls in September,” Powell said. “We’re excited about it as always; we just don’t have tickets left.”
