Jean G. Kelley, 88, of Cabot, formerly of Saxonburg and Valencia, passed away on Thursday morning, Dec. 12, 2024, at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township.

Born in Valencia on Feb. 27, 1936, she was the daughter of the late John William and Wilhelmina Smith Charlton.

Jean was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church and had been attending the Church of the Brethren in Natrona Heights.

She was a member of the Women's Club of Saxonburg and the Red Hat Society. She also belonged to the Saxonburg VFW Post 7376 and American Legion Post 683 Ladies Auxiliary.

She enjoyed bowling, playing cards, golf, roller skating and working in her yard.

Surviving are a daughter, Carol Kelley of Imperial; a son, Timothy D. Kelley (Melissa) of Sarver; a grandson, Timothy Dale Kelley Jr. of Butler; and her nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale L. Kelley, who died on April 21, 2003; and by a brother and sister-in-law, William E. “Red” and Marie Charlton.

KELLEY — Friends of Jean G. Kelley, who died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024, will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at MCDONALD-AEBERLI FUNERAL HOME, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars. Services will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Allegheny County Memorial Park, McCandless Township.
