Almost 300 senior citizens within the Seneca Valley School District have already confirmed their attendance to an annual free, festive holiday presentation hosted by the school district.

The 26th annual Senior Holiday Event will take place at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, at Seneca Valley Intermediate High School.

Special guests at the event will be treated to a program in the auditorium, which includes a performance by the Seneca Valley Jazz Band's special showcase, “Jazz Through the Ages,” along with performances by the Madrigal Singers and Orchestra.

Following the performances, the National Honor Society will serve a sit-down holiday meal in the cafeteria accompanied by additional live entertainment during the meal.
