Bantam Jeep Association dishes out thousands to nonprofits
The Friends of the Bantam Jeep Association, the group which organizes the annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival and Trailfest, has awarded a total of $13,800 to nine nonprofit organizations in Butler County.
This marks the eighth year the association has made such a holiday donation, according to a news release from the group.
This year, the groups benefiting from the donation are the CB Rangers, CANDLE Inc., Hobnob Theatre Company, North Country Trail Association, Sons of the American Legion Post 778, Soroptimist International of Butler County, The Andrew Effect, VOICe (Victim Outreach Intervention Center) and YWCA.
In total, the association has awarded nearly $174,000 to nonprofit organizations since its founding in 2015.
