IUP students from Butler County named Provost Scholars

Students from Butler County have been recognized as Provost Scholars at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Provost Scholar status is achieved when students complete a minimum of 45 semester hours at IUP and have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher. Provost Scholar recognition is given only once during a student’s time of study at IUP.

The students are:

Butler: Maya Jane Adams, biology/ecology, conservation and environmental; Kendyl M. Steighner, respiratory care; Domenic Vivirito, criminology

Chicora: Julia C. Andreassi, nursing; Emily Alexis Chiappini, early childhood and special education

Cranberry Township: Aaron J. Dionne, finance; Jennifer Megan Dumbeck, vocational-technical education

Hilliards: Elizabeth Fox, political science/pre-law

Portersville: Cassie Ray, biology/cell and molecular biology

Prospect: Samantha Grace Frazier, nursing

Renfrew: Natalie Totterdale, interior design

Sarver: Jena Maria Gaillot, speech-language pathology; Mackenzie Kepes, marketing; Jenna Selker, early childhood and special education; Andrew David Simon, communications media/media production

Valencia: Dominica Anna Lerza, speech-language pathology

West Sunbury: Victoria Noelle Pry, safety, health and environmental applied sciences
