I was so glad to hear Daniel Penny was found innocent of all charges. To me this man is a hero. When you think about what could have happened had he not been there it is frightening. Jordan Neely definitely was a threat to the people in the subway.

Now Jordan’s family is filing a civil suit against Daniel Penny. Where were they when this man was arrested numerous times, using drugs and had mental problems? I’m sorry a man was killed but some of the blame has to be on Jordan’s family. What did they think was going to happen to him or others without some kind of intervention? Thank God Daniel Penny was on the subway that day.
