The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Nov. 26 — Sean P. Magee, 65, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI, simple assault and resisting arrest related to a Nov. 6 report of a vehicle hitting a mailbox on Four Lake Drive. Police said Magee crashed his vehicle into a utility trailer, which flipped his vehicle onto its side. Police said the vehicle slid on its side into the sidewalk then flipped back onto its wheels. Police said Magee appeared too intoxicated to safely perform field sobriety tests. Police said a later breath test showed Magee’s blood alcohol content at 0.204%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit. While processing Magee, police said he punched an officer in the head and then resisted officers by pulling away from them.

Nov. 26 — Rakesh Unnithan, 44, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a Nov. 8 traffic stop on Route 228. Police said Unnithan showed signs of impairment as he exited the vehicle. A later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.173%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.

Butler City

Nov. 25 — Joseph J. Kozar, 19, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief related to an Oct. 19 incident on East Locust Street. Police said Kozar smashed someone’s windshield, with damages estimated at $598.

Buffalo Twp

Nov. 25 — Jeffrey D. Monteleone, 56, of New Kensington, was charged with misdemeanor false identification related to a Nov. 23 traffic stop on Ekastown Road. Police said Monteleone gave officers a friend’s name instead of his own. Police said Monteleone’s license was suspended at the time.

State Police, Butler

Dec. 2 — Derek A. Roskovski, 47, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a July 5 traffic stop on New Castle Road in Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed Roskovski was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.161%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.

1:44 p.m. Nov. 30 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on North Pike Road in Jefferson Township. Police said Raymond A. Thomas, 66, of Sarver, made an improper left hand turn and was hit by a vehicle driven by Michael E. Bish, 53, of Kittanning. Both Thomas and his passenger, Lisa A. Thomas, 60, of Sarver, and Bish were taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital for evaluation. Police cited Raymond Thomas for the turn, and they cited Bish for not using a seat belt.

Nov. 27 — Aaron M. Poole, 43, of Bedford, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to an April 27 check on a running vehicle parked on a gravel lot along Route 422 in Clearfield Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed Poole was impaired, and a later blood test showed marijuana in his system, as well as a blood alcohol content at 0.123%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.

Nov. 27 — Nicholas M. Nixon, 23, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI, careless driving, reckless driving and speeding, related to an Aug. 10 traffic stop on Route 422 in Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed Nixon was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.114%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.

Nov. 27 — Levi G. Walker, 23, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a Sept. 14 traffic stop on North Road in Slippery Rock Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed Walker was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.097%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.

Nov. 27 — Christina M. Gradillas, 45, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a June 17 two-vehicle crash on New Castle Road in Franklin Township. Police said during their conversation with Gradillas, they believed she had used cocaine before the crash. Police said a drug analysis was not performed at the hospital.

Nov. 27 — Christopher A. Compton, 51, of Portersville, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a Nov. 3 traffic stop on Route 422 in Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed Compton was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.155%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.
