State Police, Kittanning
Nov. 26 — William R. Salerno, 26, of Kittanning, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to an Oct. 18 traffic stop on Route 28 in Buffalo Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed Salerno was impaired, and a later blood test showed marijuana in his system, as well as a blood alcohol content of 0.105%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.
