Take Off Pounds Sensibly meetings continue in 2025
The TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) group of Cabot meets at 5 p.m. every Thursday at Concordia Visiting Nurses in Cabot, 613 N. Pike Road, Jefferson Township.
The group provides support, accountability and connections that can help individuals on their journeys to better health.
