Zelienople library sponsors life-sized ‘Candyland’ for eager children

The Zelienople Area Public Library has turned into the “sweetest” destination in the county for local children to enjoy.
Staff members delicately assembled a life-sized “Candyland” game for children of all ages and ability levels to play for free during library hours.
Eager participants have the opportunity to act as the game pieces as they walk through the bright and colorful display of art located in the library’s community room.
The unique version of “Candyland” officially opened on Dec. 18 and runs through Jan. 18, excluding Sundays. The library is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays.
