We're writing this letter to you above

To tell you how much we miss you with all of our hearts and love.

We do not know why you had to go;

It just wasn't fair.

We're left with this sorrow,

Sometimes too much to bear.

It is hard not to see your face again.

We wish so much to just hear your voice

Just one more time, again.

We hear you whisper inside our thoughts;

We know you are all around us,

Within the sweet butterflies, within the soft, cool breeze.

You are there, and everywhere we look and see.

You live on through the lives you have touched.

We know someday we'll see you again.

Within our hearts, we'll hold you close,

And keep you safe until then.

Keep sending us signs.

It comforts us to know you're doing just fine.
