The Cranberry Public Library will host local author Chris Cochran at 6 p.m. Jan. 21. Cochran will discuss his book, “What’s Good About Today? A Purpose-Driven Life,” inspired by his son Christian, whose positive outlook during his battle with terminal cancer left a lasting legacy.

The event will explore themes of resilience, gratitude and finding purpose in life’s challenges.
