One ring to wed them both?

“Lord of the Rings” star Elijah Wood seemed to confirm he and longtime partner Mette-Marie Kongsved tied the knot amid a flurry of nuptial rumors.

During an appearance on Michael Rosenbaum’s “Inside of You” podcast Tuesday, Wood referred to film producer Kongsved as his “wife.”

“I’m beyond grateful for my family and my kids and my wife,” the 43-year-old Wood said.

The couple’s son was born in 2019, and a daughter in 2022. TMZ reported the ceremony was held in Sweden on New Year’s Eve.

Wood has taken steps to keep his family life private, going so far as to have a private Instagram account.

“I wanted to be able to share photos that I didn’t necessarily want to share with the world,” he told Parade in 2023. “An account that’s public-facing would really change what I share. It’s not like I’m sharing anything that I wouldn’t want to go out, but I’m a relatively private person.”

He and Kongsved have collaborated on multiple films, including “I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore,” “Come to Daddy” and “Bookworm,” which was released in 2024.

LOS ANGELES — President Joe Biden added a new title on Wednesday: great-grandfather.

His granddaughter, Naomi Biden Neal, gave birth to her first child, a boy, with husband Peter Neal at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The baby’s name is William Brannon Neal IV, according to an Instagram post from Jill Biden, the first lady, that included a photo of her and the president with their new great-grandson.

Biden, who was in Los Angeles and saw the baby at the hospital, announced the birth at the end of an official briefing on wildfires in Southern California.

“The good news is I’m a great-grandfather as of today,” Biden said.

Biden and his wife spent about 40 minutes visiting Naomi and the baby, the White House said. Biden had told USA Today in an interview published Wednesday that she was having a cesarean section that day.

The president and first lady arrived in Los Angeles late Monday after visiting New Orleans to mourn with the community after the deadly New Year's Day vehicle attack in the French Quarter. The president had an event scheduled Tuesday in California, but his announcement of new national monuments was postponed because of the wildfires.

Naomi Biden, 31, is the eldest daughter of Hunter Biden and his former wife, Kathleen Buhle. Hunter Biden, now a grandfather, has four other children, including a 4-year-old son, Beau, who is now an uncle.

With the new addition, Joe Biden, 82, is believed to be the first sitting president to become a great-grandfather while in office.

Naomi Biden and Peter Neal were married in November 2022 during an elaborate White House ceremony that was the first involving a president's granddaughter and the first held outdoors on the South Lawn.

She announced her pregnancy on Election Day, Nov. 5, with an Instagram selfie of her baby bump captioned, “We Voted.”

Meghan Markle is “devastated” by the death of her rescue beagle, Guy, in what proved to be a rare look at the Sussexes’ life, one unfiltered by the gloss of Netflix.

Days after reviving her personal social media on Jan. 1, the 43-year-old Duchess posted a Reel Tuesday, with a montage from her life with the pup since his 2015 adoption in Canada. Markle announced the news the day before the 5-year anniversary of the her and Prince Harry’s departure from senior royal duties.

“He had been at a kill shelter in Kentucky and given a few days to live. I swooped him up ... and fell in love,” recalled the “Suits” alum. “They referred to him as ‘the little guy’ because he was so small and frail, so I named him ‘Guy’. And he was the best guy any girl could have asked for.”

The tribute shows Guy cuddling with Prince Harry, watching Markle make jam and hanging out with the couple’s two young children: Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3.

“If you followed me on Instagram back in the day, you saw a lot of him — and on [defunct blog] ‘The Tig’ too. He was with me at ‘Suits,’ when I got engaged, (and then married), when I became a mom … he was with me for everything: the quiet, the chaos, the calm, the comfort.”

Toward the end of the montage, Guy scampers along the sand, presumably near their Montecito home in Markle’s native California, as Harry calls out, “Come on, Guy! Good job!” The video ends with voiceovers of Archie and Lilibet cooing to Guy.

“Because many of you will now see Guy in this new series, I hope you’ll come to understand why I am so devastated by his loss. I think you may fall a little bit in love too,” said Markle. “Thank you for so many years of unconditional love, my sweet Guy. You filled my life in ways you’ll never know. …#adoptdontshop”

Markle’s Instagram return last week raised eyebrows … until she and Netflix dropped the trailer for her lifestyle series, “With love, Meghan.” The show hits the streamer Jan. 15.
