Man charged following contact with juvenile in Cranberry Township store

A Pittsburgh man is facing charges alleging he propositioned a juvenile male in a store’s restrooms in July.

Cranberry Township police on Friday, Jan. 10, filed misdemeanor charges of open lewdness and disorderly conduct against Jeffrey L. Work, 33.

According to an affidavit, Work entered the restroom of Dick’s Sporting Goods on July 27 when a 17-year-old male was there. Police said Work was standing at a urinal masturbating when he saw the juvenile who was at a sink and asked if he wanted to make a few hundred dollars.

The juvenile told employees what happened. Work was identified through video surveillance and the description of the vehicle, police said.
