Cranberry library to host author who will discuss lessons learned from son

Cranberry Public Library will host local author Chris Cochran to discuss his book “What’s GOOD About TODAY? A Purpose-Driven Life,” the evening of Tuesday, Jan. 21.

In his talk, Cochran will share the journey of his son, Christian, whose life was marked by an unwavering spirit of hope and resilience. Despite being diagnosed with terminal cancer, Christian’s outlook on life was defined by his daily question: “What’s good about today?”

This perspective, which led to his legacy of positivity, is the foundation of Cochran's book, where he honors his son’s life and message.

The event will explore how people can live purpose-driven lives, find strength through adversity and cultivate gratitude in everyday moments, according to a news release from the library.

The event begins at 6 p.m. and is free, but registration is required. Register online at cranberry.librarycalendar.com, or by calling 724-776-9100.
