Robert E. “Bob” Isenberg, 53, of Grove City, passed suddenly on Thursday evening, Jan. 16, 2025.

Bob was born in Grove City on March 17, 1971, and was the son to William George John and Shirley Jean (Martin) Isenberg, who survive.

He married Jamie A. Martz on Oct. 7, 2000; she survives at home. He was a proud father of three beautiful daughters, Lily Katherine of Slippery Rock, and Emma Keeley and Addison Kean, both of Grove City.

Bob was a very caring loving husband, father and son. He was the center of his family and will be very missed. He had a special group of friends, Mike Eakman, Steve Lange, Ron Lange and Bill O’Brien, who get together often.

After graduating from Slippery Rock High School, in 1989, his first job was with Service Star in Slippery Rock. In 1993, he started working at the Pottery Dome owned by Lois Hamilton. He was a very talented artist and has pottery all over the world.

He worked for Witherup Construction for five years and was most recently a rural carrier at the Mercer post office.

Bob was preceded in death by his brother, William Jay Isenberg, who died May 9, 1994; and his father-in-law, Harry (Topper) Martz, who died Dec. 8, 2017.

ISENBERG — Visitation for Robert E. “Bob” Isenberg, who died Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025, was held on Monday, Jan. 20, at CUNNINGHAM FUNERAL HOME, 306 Bessemer Ave., Grove City.

Memorial donations may be made in Bob’s memory to “Community Art” in the memo line, check’s payable to Grove City Area School District, 511 Highland Ave., Grove City, PA 16127.
