Schoeffel

Edward “Eddie” J. Schoeffel, 47, of Evans City, passed away on Monday, Jan. 27, 2025.

Born Sept. 8, 1977, in Butler, he was the son of Charles Edward and the late Judy Nicklas Schoeffel.

Eddie endured a long battle with kidney disease, but he was a fighter the whole way through. He loved sports, especially golf. Eddie also loved to joke around. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

In addition to his father, he leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 21 years, Rachel Dill Schoeffel; his daughter, Alyssa Schoeffel; his brothers, Tim (Amy) and Todd (Jackie) Schoeffel; his in-laws, Tina and Chip Dill, Chad (Mary) Dill and Becky Hubler (Chad); numerous nieces and nephews; one great-niece; and his dog, Zoey.

Eddie was preceded in death by his mother, Judy Nicklas Schoeffel.
