Jennifer Lopez seen house-hunting in Ben Affleck’s LA neighborhood

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez was spotted house-hunting Friday in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles, as she and ex-husband Ben Affleck continue to try to sell the mansion they once shared there.

Sporting a cardigan, sunglasses and oversized jeans, the Bronx-born pop star was photographed eating a lollipop as she walked through a property that boasts “a huge backyard and a giant pool,” according to snaps published by TMZ.

Late last month, the outlet reported the “Hustlers” star was considering an off-the-market $20 Brentwood mansion but had “serious concerns” about the air quality due to the effects of the recent L.A. wildfires.

Brentwood is also home to Affleck’s new $20.5 million digs. He closed escrow on the property last July — on the same day as his ex-wife’s 55th birthday, and the same day she finalized the sale of her New York City penthouse.

News that Lopez and Affleck were selling their marital mansion broke last June, months after speculation began that they were headed for divorce. The mansion is currently on the market for $61 million.

After an early aughts engagement, the pair collectively known as “Bennifer” wed in July 2022 and held a second ceremony that August. Lopez filed for divorce on the two-year anniversary of the latter.

The duo, who did not have a prenup agreement, finalized their divorce settlement last month. The agreement reportedly includes no spousal support from either party and says the exes will each keep whatever individual earnings they accrued during their two-year marriage.

Jessica Biel

Jessica Biel nods to ‘sometimes devolving’ marriage to Justin Timberlake

Jessica Biel paid tribute to Justin Timberlake’s 44th birthday with a nod to their “sometimes devolving” marriage, roughly seven months after his DUI arrest reportedly caused waves in their union.

The “Sinner” producer, 42, shared an Instagram carousel Friday featuring snaps from the couple’s life together, topped off with a refreshingly raw — albeit somewhat vague — caption about their ups and downs.

“Another year of joy and challenges being a parent with you. Another year together being curious and creative in the world. Another year growing and evolving and sometimes devolving, with you. Another year laughing about it all,” Biel wrote.

Back in October, an insider close to Biel’s family told People that JT had “done everything” he could to “make up for” drunkenly blowing through a stop sign in the Hamptons last June. Police said the pop star failed several field sobriety tests and refused a breathalyzer, leading him to be hit with charges of driving while intoxicated.

Despite seemingly putting on a happy face, Biel was“extremely upset” about the arrest, a source told Us Weekly at the time.

Timberlake— who shares sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4, with the Emmy nominee — pleaded guilty in September to the lesser charge of driving while impaired. He was sentenced to pay a maximum fine of $500 and serve 25 hours of community service.

Timberlake initially pleaded not guilty to the previous charge of driving while intoxicated, which could have carried a sentence of up to a year in jail.

Years before his arrest, the couple’s marriage hit a public snag when JT was photographed holding hands with his “Palmer” co-star Alisha Wainwright while out at a bar. Though the crooner denied anything inappropriate happened, he later issued a public apology to Biel for putting her through “such an embarrassing situation.”

Justin Baldoni

Justin Baldoni amends Blake Lively lawsuit, claims she plotted with New York Times

NEW YORK — Buckle up — Justin Baldoni has amended his defamation lawsuit against Blake Lively ahead of their first hearing, claiming metadata proves she was plotting with The New York Times on what his lawyer calls a “well-calculated hit piece.”

The“It Ends With Us” director, who co-starred with Lively in the domestic violence drama, says she and The Times were in communication since at least Oct. 31, according to the amended filing obtained by TMZ. That was nearly two months before Lively filed a complaint accusing Baldoni of on-set sexual harassment and a retaliatory smear campaign.

Excerpts from Lively’s complaint quickly took the internet by storm when they became the centerpiece of a Dec. 22 article in The Times, for which Baldoni has filed a $250 million lawsuit.

“Careful observers reported that viewing the HTML source code for the article revealed references to a ‘message-embed-generator’ that referred to a date of ‘2024-10-31,” reads the amendment lawsuit, which includes screengrabs of the published article as well as the metadata.

The filing quips that perhaps it was just coincidental yet perfect timing that the outlet started using this new tool “only to stumble six weeks later upon the perfect opportunity to show off,” using “cherry-picked and misleadingly reframed text messages” from Lively’s complaint.

But “the simpler explanation is that the New York Times had already begun building its defamatory article no later than Oct. 31, 2024, including developing a slick new graphic display module to prominently feature the misleadingly edited and context-stripped text messages centered in the article,” the suit claims.

Baldoni sued the Times on Dec. 31, the same day Lively officially sued him. Roughly two weeks later, Baldoni filed a $400 million lawsuit against the “Gossip Girl” alum, her husband Ryan Reynolds and publicist Leslie Sloane, alleging offenses including defamation and civil extortion.

The trio has signaled to a judge that they intend to pursue a motion to dismiss Baldoni’s suit. Lively and Reynolds are also pursuing a gag order against Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman.

A trial for the dueling lawsuits has been scheduled for March 2026, with a first hearing slated for Monday.
