Police Reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Jan. 13 — Andrew Lawrence Winters, 21, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts each of corruption of minors and selling liquor to minors related to an Oct. 13 incident. Police said Winters’ license plate records and witness statements show he drove two juveniles to procure alcohol.
Jan. 10 — Alex Paul Bauer, 27, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following a Nov. 21 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Bauer had a blood alcohol content of 0.164%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Jan. 9 — Matthew Eugene Maire, 34, of Lyndora, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following a Nov. 28 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Maire showed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcohol. Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.111%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Jan. 9 — Tyler Owen Lambing, 26, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following a Dec. 17 traffic stop. Police said Lambing provided a small plastic bag of marijuana.
Jan. 11 — Margaret Mary Bianco, 66, of Gibsonia, was charged with felony retail theft and misdemeanor DUI following a Jan. 10 incident. Police said Bianco stole $15.99 worth of Physician’s Formula powder concealer and showed signs of impairment during field sobriety testing. Police said her preliminary breath test was negative for alcohol.
Jan. 13 — Mark Anthony Vinston, 64, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft related to a Dec. 9 incident. Police said Vinston stole a wallet valued at $155 left on top of an ATM and admitted to the act when investigated Dec. 29.
Jan. 13 — Sonya Renee Ivie, 54, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following a Jan. 7 traffic stop. Police said Ivie provided three small Ziploc bags of marijuana.
Jan. 9 — Alphonso Jeron Noggins, 33, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a Jan. 8 incident. Police said Noggins refused to place his hands behind his back and attempted to get up off the ground while being handcuffed.
Jan. 8 — Lindsay Jane Wetzel, 39, of Saxonburg, was charged with felony retail theft related to a Dec. 30 incident. Police said Wetzel stole $45.13 in groceries.
Jan. 13 — Molly Jean Hennessy, 33, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following a Jan. 13 traffic stop. Police said Hennessy showed signs of impairment before and during field sobriety testing. Police said her blood alcohol content was 0.261%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Jan. 13 — Scott Paul Boyer, 68, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following a Nov. 19 incident. Police said Boyer had a blood alcohol content of 0.151%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
