Ralph Eaton
Ralph Eaton, 89, of Harrisville, passed peacefully Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 5, 2025, following a lengthy illness.
Ralph was born Oct. 15, 1935, to Alton P. and Evelyn M. (Buchanan) Eaton. He married Delores L. Aiman on June 13, 1959.
Ralph was a graduate of Slippery Rock High School, and he served in the U.S. Army. Ralph retired from Ward Truck Co., Barkeyville, where he performed numerous duties spanning a 25-year career. Ralph was also a dedicated volunteer, serving his community and numerous clubs throughout his life.
He was a member of West Unity Community Church, Harrisville.
Ralph was a 60-year member of the Volunteer Fire Company, Harrisville.
He is survived by his wife, Delores, at home; three children, Carolyn Stoops of Georgia, Bonnie (Brad) Bridges of Mercer and Todd (Dorothy “Dottie”) Eaton of Grove City; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Charles and George Eaton.
EATON — Visitation for Ralph Eaton, who died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2025, will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10, at CUNNINGHAM FUNERAL HOME, 306 Bessemer Ave., Grove City.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Boyd Smith.
Burial will be in Slippery Rock Cemetery.
