The Christian Fellowship of Saints Peter & Paul is fundraising through the sale of decorated Valentine sampler cookie bar gift boxes.

The fundraiser is in support of the church’s outreach program. The boxes will contain 12 different bars, and can be picked up between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, at the Ukrainian Hall, 21 Evergreen Road in Lyndora.

Karen Sheptak, a member of the church, said this is the first year the church has had a sale like this and it will have limited quantities of cookies, so orders should be placed ahead of time. According to Sheptak, the members of the church are making and packing the cookie boxes.

The cost is $16 for a dozen cookies, $10 for a half-dozen, $7 for four and individual cookies for $2 each. The dozen and half-dozen boxes will be gift-wrapped, Sheptak said.

“We’re going to do all the packaging Thursday, so they should call as soon as possible,” Sheptak said.
