The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Jan. 27 — Robert J. McNaughton, 55, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following a Jan. 11 traffic stop. Police said McNaughton had a blood alcohol content of 0.150%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Jan. 27 — Brittany J. Boring, 33, of Butler, and Albert John Mastroceasare Jr., 40, of Butler, were each charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia following a Jan. 21 traffic stop. Police said they found four glass smoking pipes in their vehicle.

Jan. 27 — Shankeeka Keyonta Lane, 25, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault related to an Oct. 5 incident. Police said the injured person suffered a fractured nasal bone in an altercation with Lane.

Jan. 27 — Zachary Christopher Vanantwerp, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault related to a Jan. 27 incident. Police said the injured person suffered bloody nose and slight laceration to the bridge of their nose.
