The Take Off Pounds Sensibly, TOPS, Club of Cabot meets at 4:30 p.m. every Thursday at Concordia Visiting Nurses, 613 N. Pike Road, Jefferson Township.

The weigh-in at each meeting is from 4:30 to 5 p.m. at Concordia, with the meeting starting at 5 p.m., which includes a program pertinent to healthy eating and weight loss. Meetings will not take place on Thursdays that are holidays.
