Sean Richard Wray, 50, of Leechburg, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025.

Born July 11, 1974, in New Kensington, he was the son of Richard Claude Wray and Phyllis Marie Bordonaro Janoski.

Sean had worked as an assistant golf pro for Alcoma Golf Course. He enjoyed golfing, all sports, and especially the Steelers.

Surviving are his mother, Phyllis Marie (Cy) Bordonaro Janoski of Saxonburg, his sister, Erin Marie Hanford, her son, Robby (Julinna Howell) Hanford and her granddaughter Dakota, all of Natrona Heights; his son, Alec S. (Maddy Schaub) Wray of New Kensington; his stepbrother, Cy Janoski, Jr.; and his father, Richard Wray.

He is preceded in death by his stepsister, Lisa Marie Janoski.

May his guardian angel protect his soul.

WRAY — A memorial service for Sean Richard Wray, who died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, at the mausoleum at Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell, Pa. with the Rev. Seth McClymonds officiating.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
