Lindstrom

Lois Louise Lindstrom, 101, of Cabot, passed away Friday, Feb. 14, 2025, at her residence at Concordia Haven II with her family by her side.

Born in Carnegie on July 23, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Clara Hughes Lyons.

Lois enjoyed her plants, flowers, feeding the birds and knitting, and she loved her crystals that reflected into her apartment.

Her special place was the mountains, and she loved animals

In her lifetime, she worked at Kmart, Butler School District and did typesetting while being a homemaker.

She is survived by a daughter, Susan (Ronald) Rometo; daughters-in-law, Joann Lindstrom and Pam Lindstrom; grandchildren, Stephen (Kristie) Rometo, Michael (Kimberly) Rometo, David (Laura) Rometo, Trevor (Alicia) Lindstrom and Tara (Lou) Lindstrom; and great-grandchildren, Clara, Oliva, Cora and Lucia Rometo, and Daisy, Mary Jane and Jaxon Lindstrom.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph T. Lindstrom, who passed away Sept. 1, 1997; and her sons, Timothy J. Lindstrom and Lloyd Lindstrom.
