Melanie Bittner, 62, of Pittsburgh, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025.

Born Feb. 20, 1962, in Pittsburgh, she was the beloved daughter of the late Robert L. Bittner and Alice M. (Schreiner) Bittner.

She is survived by her brother, Robert (Mary) Bittner; brother, Glen A. (Kellar) Bittner; brother, Mark (Kimberly) Bittner; brother, Darrell (Kathy) Bittner; and nieces and nephews, Robert, Scott (Crystal), Diana (Justin), Kelley (Jacob), Kateryna, Nicole (Chris) and Justin (Katie).

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, David Bittner.

BITTNER — The family of Melanie Bittner, who died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025, will welcome friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, at KING FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 2841 Woodland Circle, Allison Park.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 21, at Jefferson Memorial Park Cemetery, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, with the Rev. Jeff Potter officiating.

She will be laid to rest at Jefferson Memorial Park in Pittsburgh.
