Police Reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Feb. 7 — Jessica Lynn Davis, 27, of Saxonburg, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI related to a Jan. 31 crash. Police said Davis had a blood alcohol content of 0.123%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Middlesex Twp

Feb. 7 — Robert Christopher Woods, 41, of Valencia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 28 traffic stop. Police said Woods had a blood alcohol content of 0.145%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Slippery Rock

Feb. 3 — Tashana Marie Barlow, 37, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft related to a Jan. 24 incident. Police said Barlow stole $159.66 worth of meat from Giant Eagle.

Feb. 5 — Evangelina Rose Paul, 19, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor false identification to law enforcement following a Feb. 5 incident. Police said Paul gave them a false identity for the person she was with. In a separate incident Feb. 10, Paul was charged with one misdemeanor count each of hindering apprehension and obstructing officers. Police said Paul did not cooperate with officers in sharing information.

Feb. 10 — Michael Richard Cornish, 22, of Slippery Rock, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension and obstruction following a Feb. 10 incident. Police said Cornish refused orders from officers and attempted to resist.

Slippery Rock University

Feb. 3 — Hannah Marie Wymer, 22, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 29 traffic stop. Police said Wymer had a blood alcohol content of 0.203%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

Feb. 7 — Albert Perfors III, 33, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance following a Jan. 22 incident in Clinton Township. Police said Perfors had about 2 grams of suspected crystal meth. He was found to have an active Butler County warrant.

Feb. 10 — Christopher Thomas Tebay, 42, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Feb. 8 incident in Summit Township. Police said Tebay struck a person in their right cheek with a closed fist and shoved them into the bottom of a staircase.

Feb. 10 — Michael Allen Shumar, 40, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 24 incident in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Shumar showed signs of impairment and had a glass smoking device in the vehicle.

State police, Kittanning

Feb. 7 — Joseph A. Rock, 40, of East Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 24 crash in Clearfield Township. Police said Rock had marijuana in his system.

Zelienople

Feb. 4 — Andrew Dean Measel, 43, of Zelienople, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts related to a Jan. 24 incident. Police said Measel had a blood alcohol content of 0.239%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Feb. 6 — Stacy Lynn McCaffrey, 53, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 15 crash. Police said McCaffrey had a blood alcohol content of 0.309%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Feb. 7 — Micah Emerson Zeigler, 42, of Zelienople, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of controlled substance possession and three misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession following a Dec. 30 traffic stop. Police said they retrieved 110 stamp bags of heroin, about 47 being empty, seven hypodermic needles, two crack pipes and about 12.08 grams of suspected crack cocaine.
