Glenn F. Baker, 82, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025.

He was born Feb. 10, 1943, in Bethel Township to the late Charles and Olga (Beck) Baker.

Glenn retired in 2009 from H.W. Nicholson Inc., where he worked in metal fabrication for over 25 years. Glenn was a life member of the North Apollo Volunteer Fire Department, member of the North Apollo Council and member of First Baptist Church of Leechburg. Glenn also served his country in the Vietnam War in the Army. He enjoyed gardening and feeding local wildlife, especially ducks and deer.

Glenn is survived by his wife, Rosemary Kremer Rushford Baker; sons, Timothy Baker of Harrisburg and Joseph (Lynn) Baker of Tomball, Texas; stepson, Patrick (Tara) Klazon of Kent, Ohio; grandchildren, J.J. Baker of Humble, Texas, and Tiffany (Nicholas) Arellano of Smyrna, Tenn.; stepgrandchildren, Kyra, Alyssa and Ivy Klazon of Kent, Ohio; great-grandson, Jeremiah Baker of Smyrna, Tenn.; brother, Don Baker of Bakersfield, Calif.; and sisters, Gail Kost of Cresson, Pa., June Lawson of Butler and Judy (Jim) Hord of Columbus, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, Glenn was preceded in death by his first wife, Diane Johns; brothers, Gerrald, Earl, John, Roy and Robert Baker; and sisters, Ethel Dunlap, Ruby Dowling, Floda Shrader and Olga Mae Baker.

BAKER — Friends of Glenn F. Baker, who died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025, will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, and from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Saturday at CICHOLSKI-ZIDEK FUNERAL HOME, 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights.

Burial will be at Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
