Gregori Construction looking to add new building
BUFFALO TWP — The township’s planning commission gave the green light Wednesday, March 5, for plans for a new office building for Gregori Construction, a heavy highway and railroad construction company headquartered on Ekastown Road.
Gregori Construction, which is on a 9-acre facility on Ekastown Road, is planning to construct a 15,000-square foot office building, as well as a 4,000-square foot addition to the facility’s existing service shop and garage. The additions would come with brand-new parking for the office building and a facility to handle stormwater.
“It’s definitely a well needed and well welcomed upgrade to their facilities,” said project manager Jonathan Garczewski, of Gateway Engineers. “The existing office space they’ve been utilizing is outdated.”
The approval was contingent upon the company meeting the conditions listed in a letter from township engineer Ken Howard, as well as obtaining the necessary permits from the state’s Department of Environmental Protection and the Butler County Conservation District.
