Barton ‘Frank’ Niemeyer III
Barton “Frank” Niemeyer III, 62, of Pittsburgh, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2025, after a long battle with cancer.
Frank was born March 16, 1962. He was the loving son of Barton Niemeyer Jr. and Patricia Niemeyer; and dear brother of Darrin (Karen) Niemeyer.
He was the beloved husband of Dolores A. Niemeyer.
Frank was the much loved stepfather of Cheryl (Russ) Tortoreti and Lisa (Chris) McCandless; and Pap Pap of Russell, Jacob, Vincent, Emily, and Cassidy. He also leaves behind his four-legged buddy, Teddy. He was brother-in-law to Gloria Harper; and also is survived by nieces, nephews and many cousins.
Frank was a passionate sports enthusiast. He also enjoyed watching his grandkids play baseball, basketball, hockey and volleyball. He loved to play golf. He was very happy when two of his grandsons started golfing. He will be dearly missed.
NIEMEYER — Services will be private for Barton “Frank” Niemeyer III, who died Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
