The Concordia Haven Apartments in Winfield Township, operated by Concordia Lutheran Ministries, are holding open house sessions from 2 to 4 p.m. on April 8 and 15 to introduce visitors to the amenities and services the senior-living facility has on offer.

Each session will be preceded by an educational seminar hosted by Erika Maddamma of Sunny Spaces Organizing, entitled “Rightsizing for Retirement.” The seminar aims to teach retirees how to declutter and downsize their households for retirement.
