Two breakfast events are planned by area churches.

There will be a Good Friday men’s breakfast on Friday, April 18, at Bakerstown United Methodist Church, 5760 William Flynn Highway, Gibsonia, and a Good Friday women’s breakfast the same day at the First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown, 5825 Heckert Road, Bakerstown.

The Richland Ministerial Association organized the Good Friday men’s breakfast, which begins at 7:30 a.m. The cost is $12 per person, which is payable at the door, and reservations are required by Thursday, April 10, by calling 724-443-3184.

The guest speaker will be Chris Cochran, a motivational and inspirational speaker and author.

The women’s breakfast is planned for 8 a.m. For reservations, call 724-443-1555 by Tuesday, April 8. The cost is $10, which is payable at the door.

The program, “The Dignity of Shopping,” will be presented by Sally Power of Treasure House Fashions.
